Return & Refund Policy
At Crafty Mama, we want you to love what you receive!
Because all our items are made to order and customized, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:
The item is damaged upon arrival
The customization is incorrect due to our error
To request a replacement or refund:
• Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order
• Send a clear photo of the issue
• Keep the original packaging if damage occurred during delivery.
Once reviewed, we’ll either send a replacement or offer a full/partial refund depending on the case.
We unfortunately cannot refund for customer-provided errors (wrong names, dates, etc.).
